What does my order status mean?
In order status, you can easily find each order that has been placed and its current status. On your order details page, various help options will be provided according to your order status. Refer to the table below to see which options are available at each stage of the order.The order status is:

Pending: your order is not complete at present, waiting for payment. After receiving your payment, we will confirm and start processing your order within 24 hours. Complete payment reorder delete this order.

In process: payment received we have received your payment and are starting verification to ensure payment security.

Paid: Your payment has just been confirmed and we will start processing your order immediately.

Processing: all products need to be processed before delivery. Handling includes product selection, quality assurance inspection, and careful packaging for shipment.

Sent: this means that your package has been sent to the receiving address you provided, and you will get the tracking number and carrier company information.

Canceled: the order has been canceled.

Can I change the order?
If you want to change your order, it's best to contact our customer service staff by email or online real-time chat. They will be happy to help you make some changes. Please note that due to the custom nature, most of our products can only be changed within 24 hours after payment confirmation, otherwise 30-50% of the total purchase/processing fee may have to be paid.

How to cancel my order?
If your order status is pending, you can easily delete the order yourself. If your order status is in process, you can contact our customer service personnel to cancel your order. Once the order is fully delivered, it cannot be canceled.

When can I receive my order?
All our items need processing time and transportation time. The processing time can be as short as 24 hours, but for most goods, it takes 2 to 3 working days. The delivery time is 3-5 days. For example, if you order an iPhone case, it will take 2-3 business days to process and then 3-5 business days to ship. So you can expect to receive it in 5-8 business days.
