How to Use
Step 1: Measure your waist at the navel level to select the correct size (S: 63-71cm, M: 72-82cm, L: 83-103cm, LL: 104-120cm).
Step 2: Wrap the Abs 2 around your abdomen, ensuring the electrodes make direct contact with your skin. Lightly dampen skin if needed for better conductivity.
Step 3: Attach the controller and power on. Select your desired training program and intensity level.
Step 4: Relax and let the EMS training run its course — one program per day is recommended.
Step 5: After use, remove the controller and hand-wash the fabric body. Allow to dry completely before storage.
